Bespoke 3D Solutions Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Lead Times All orders are manufactured and dispatched from our workshop in Scotland. Because many of our items are produced on-demand—ranging from custom lithophanes to specialized OTARSHOP airsoft upgrades—please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be processed, manufactured, and packed before it is handed over to the courier. You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Couriers & Dispatch To ensure your items arrive safely and securely, we match the courier to the physical size of your order:

Small Parcels: Dispatched via Royal Mail.

Large Items (e.g., full chassis kits): Dispatched via Parcelforce.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Exact shipping charges and available delivery speeds are calculated automatically based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. All shipping costs and courier options will be clearly visible to you at checkout before you complete your purchase.
International Orders (Customs & Duties) We ship internationally on a limited basis. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bespoke 3D Solutions is not responsible for these charges if they are applied by your local customs office.
Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at shop@b3ds.co.uk within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item condition so we can resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.
