Returns Policy
Standard Returns If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Please contact us to initiate the return process. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item to ensure it is in its original condition, we will issue your refund or exchange. If a refund is requested, we will refund the cost of the item plus the basic outbound shipping cost. (Please note: if you selected an upgraded shipping method at checkout, only the standard shipping rate will be refunded).
Faulty Items If you receive a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will ask you to provide a detailed description of the fault, along with photographs or videos.
All faulty claims are subject to inspection by our team. We may ask you to return the item to us for physical inspection, and in the case of a genuine fault, we will cover the return shipping costs. Once the fault is confirmed, we will immediately offer you a replacement, exchange, or full refund as per your preference. If the item is not found to be faulty upon inspection, we will contact you to discuss standard return options.
International Returns & Customs For international orders, if a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, the initial shipping cost will unfortunately not be refunded, as the delivery service has already been attempted. Any customs charges incurred by us for the return of the parcel may also be deducted from your final refund.
Exceptions & Custom Items Please note that some items have specific return conditions:

Personalized / Custom-Made Items: Items manufactured to your exact specifications (such as custom-text carbine kits or bespoke 3D printed lithophanes) incur a 50% restocking fee if returned, as these items cannot easily be resold.

Clearance / B-Stock Items: While you retain your standard 14-day right to return clearance items if you simply change your mind, please read descriptions carefully. Many clearance items are sold "as-seen" at a heavy discount due to cosmetic blemishes or minor stated defects. You cannot claim an item is faulty for a defect that was clearly listed in the product description at the time of purchase. However, if an additional, unlisted fault is found, standard faulty return rights apply.
